The town of La Ceiba (Chiapas) belongs to the municipality of Ocozocoautla de Espinosa. There are 54 inhabitants and it is 183 meters altitude. It is the most populated town in the position #113 of the whole municipality.
The locality was formerly known as Che Guevara, but changed its name a few years ago. The inhabitants of this community decided to change its name in 2010.
