The town of Los Cuatro Amigos belongs to the municipality of Gral. Zuazua (State of Nuevo León). There are 10 inhabitants and it is 357 meters altitude. It is the most populated town in the position #19 of the whole municipality.

The locality was formerly known as Cerralvo Dos (La Carrera), but changed its name a few years ago. This town decided to change its name in the year 2019.
