The town of Cajeme belongs to the municipality of Guachochi (State of Chihuahua). There are 12 inhabitants and it is 2,521 meters altitude. The Magical Town of Guachochi is 28 minutes away by car (26 km). It is the most populated town in the position #1084 of the whole municipality.

This town has recently changed its name. It used to be known as Cajeme (Paraje Enmedio de los Arroyos).
