The town of Café del Oso belongs to the municipality of Ramos Arizpe (State of Coahuila). There are 12 inhabitants and it is 1,420 meters altitude. The Magical Town of Arteaga is 29 minutes away by car (20 km). Of all the towns in the municipality, it occupies the number #230 in terms of number of inhabitants.

The locality was formerly known as Jesús Zertuche García (Café del Oso), but changed its name a few years ago. This town decided to be annexed to Ramos Arizpe in the year 2007. The inhabitants of this community decided to change its name in 2003.
