The town of La Reserva belongs to the municipality of Nopala de Villagrán (State of Hidalgo). There are 45 inhabitants and it is 2,309 meters altitude. The Magical Town of Huichapan is 35 minutes away by car (25 km). Of all the towns in the municipality, it occupies the number #49 in terms of number of inhabitants.
The locality was formerly known as Batha del Rincón, but changed its name a few years ago. In the year 2010, the locality changed its name.
