The town of Ndwa belongs to the municipality of Santa María Nduayaco (State of Oaxaca). There are 22 inhabitants and it is 2,342 meters altitude. The Magical Town of San Pedro y San Pablo Teposcolula is 18 minutes away by car (17 km). Of all the towns in the municipality, it occupies the number #9 in terms of number of inhabitants.
The locality was formerly known as Barrio del Llano, but changed its name a few years ago. This town decided to change its name in the year 2015.
