The town of Cabrera (Puebla) belongs to the municipality of Atlixco. There are 91 inhabitants and it is 1,913 meters altitude. The Magical Town of Atlixco is 5 minutes away by car (4 km). Of all the towns in the municipality, it occupies the number #63 in terms of number of inhabitants.

This town has recently changed its name. It used to be known as San José. In the year 2013, the locality changed its name.
