The place of Los Vientos is inside the municipality of Culiacán (in the State of Sinaloa). There are 5 inhabitants. Of all the towns in the municipality, it occupies the number #1062 in terms of number of inhabitants. Los Vientos is at 20 meters of altitude.

The locality was formerly known as Rancho Agricola Paulina, but changed its name a few years ago. The inhabitants of this community decided to change its name in 2015.
