The town of Nogal belongs to the municipality of Cardonal (State of Hidalgo). There are 89 inhabitants and it is 2,275 meters altitude. The Magical Town of Zimapán is 62 minutes away by car (44 km). It is the most populated town in the position #49 of the whole municipality.

You may know this town as El Nogal, because this was its former name. In the year 2010, the locality changed its name.
