The town of El Aguacate (State of Mexico) belongs to the municipality of Luvianos. There are 116 inhabitants and it is 1,162 meters altitude. The Magical Town of Valle de Bravo is 47 minutes away by car (35 km). It is the most populated town in the position #63 of the whole municipality.

The locality was formerly known as El Aguacate, Aguacatillo, but changed its name a few years ago. The inhabitants of this community decided to change its name in 2010.
