It happened in Tucuman (Argentina) but it could have happened in Mexico. One kid who was playing with a toy, took out the whistle, put it into his mouth, and accidentally swallowed it.
The whistle placed between the larynx and the trachea, and when breathing, the whistle sounded. The child finally was carried to a hospital, where the doctors helped him to extract it.
