The place of Sector U-Dos is inside the municipality of Santa María Huatulco (in the State of Oaxaca). There are 365 inhabitants. Of all the towns in the municipality, it occupies the number #20 in terms of number of inhabitants. Sector U-Dos is at 48 meters of altitude.

The locality was formerly known as Sector U Dos Sur, but changed its name a few years ago. The inhabitants of this community decided to change its name in 2019.
