The town of Mihuaxca is located in the Municipality of San Felipe Teotlalcingo (in the State of Puebla). There are 49 inhabitants. Of all the towns in the municipality, it occupies the number #4 in terms of number of inhabitants. Mihuaxca is at 2,449 meters of altitude.

The locality was formerly known as Mihuacca (San Isidro Labrador), but changed its name a few years ago. In the year 2010, the locality changed its name.
