The town of Huitlalpa is located in the Municipality of Milpa Alta (in the State of Distrito Federal). There are 59 inhabitants. It is the most populated town in the position #69 of the whole municipality. Huitlalpa is at 2,699 meters of altitude.

This town has recently changed its name. It used to be known as Hueytlalpan. In the year 2015, the locality changed its name.
