The town of Las Plazas is located in the Municipality of Zumpango (in the State of México). There are 10,514 inhabitants. It is the most populated town in the position #25 of the whole municipality. Las Plazas is at 2,262 meters of altitude.

The locality was formerly known as Granja Guadalupe, but changed its name a few years ago. In the year 2010, the locality changed its name.
